This trailer is from 50 First Dates which is a romantic comedy film. From this trailer you see a man full in love with this women that he meets in a cafe and spends the day together, but the women gets into a car crash and gets memory loss each day which means that she doesn't remember meeting him and thinks that he is weird. This means that each day the man has to try to get her to remember him which is way he tries to take her on a date every day which doesn't always work because life problems stop them from meeting each other and from being together. From the trailer we find out that this film has many romantic comedy conventions like there is a love interest, love rivals, friends and difficulties. Also towards the end of the trailer you see the mans best friend which is stupid but funny which is a convention of romantic comedy films. This type of film would appeal to a young female audience as most romantic comedies appeal to a female audience because of the romantic scenes and it will make it a good film for there friends to see together, Also this could appeal to some males because of the actor in it which is very good at comedy films and at acting.
